For nearly a decade, I’ve worked in public accounting serving real estate, private equity and hospitality clients to help them understand their financials, solve problems, and make confident decisions. That’s why I started Steele Counting Beans.
My goal is simple: give small business owners accurate financial information, organized systems, and peace of mind so they can spend more time doing what they actually love.Whether it’s keeping your books current, preparing financial statements, or helping you understand what the numbers are trying to tell you, I want accounting to feel approachable instead of overwhelming.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring Chicago neighborhoods, browsing farmers markets, planning my next adventure, or snuggling with four legged friends. I believe in supporting small businesses, building genuine relationships, and creating a life that’s driven by intention rather than busyness.
